Customer Service Manager (CSM) 

Reporting to the President, the CSM will be directly involved with improving business operations  and processes as it relates to our service team, to ensure a great customer experience. The  individual will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team  and supporting the senior management team. The CSM must bring the competencies that  support the organization’s mission and values, along with the mindset, drive, and abilities to  grow and work hard to achieve business objectives.

As the ideal candidate, you possess and demonstrate strong leadership and performance  management abilities through your service-oriented leadership experience. Strong customer  focus, process improvement, and quality management understanding is essential. With  exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, you possess strong service 

acumen and are a highly motivational leader.  

Education / Experience: 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration / Management with a minimum of three  years relevant experience, including supervisory experience, in the insurance or finance  sector; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Excellent project management, customer service and organizational skills. Strong customer-focused service orientation, committed to achieving exceptional service standards. 

  • Proven ability to lead a team and to help them achieve their full individual and collective  potential.

This is a full-time in-office position offering competitive benefits and compensation  commensurate with experience and qualifications.
